UNIKING
Introduction to the material
The PPA HT4 series is a high-performance engineering plastic based on the alloying technology of PA66 with semi-aromatic polyamide PA6I with 50% glass fiber reinforcement.
Material properties
The material has excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance and halogen-free flame retardant characteristics, and its flame retardant rating reaches UL94 V-0, which meets international environmental protection and safety standards. In the event of a fire, the PPA HT4 series can effectively suppress the spread of flames and reduce the generation of toxic fumes and corrosive gases, providing a reliable guarantee for the safety and environmental friendliness of the product. Reinforced with 50% glass fiber, the materials exhibit extreme stiffness and strength, as well as excellent creep resistance and dimensional stability, allowing them to maintain stable performance under high temperatures, high humidity and long-term loads. In addition, the material is chemically resistant to coolants, lubricants, and other industrial chemicals, making it widely used in harsh environments.
Application of materials
The PPA HT4 series materials also have excellent processability and are suitable for injection molding processes to meet complex design requirements, and are widely used in the E&E, automotive and home appliance fields, such as connectors, terminals, appliance housings and under-the-hood components. With excellent flame retardant properties, heat resistance and high strength, the PPA HT4 series is an indispensable high-performance material in modern industry.
